General Information

OPTICAL ULTRA is a Preservative-free, sterile ophthalmic solution designed for moderate to severe dry eye symptoms. It’s a Isotonic, biocompatible, buffered formulation based on sodium hyaluronate. Delivers intensive lubrication, moisturising and protective action for the ocular surface. Helps form a lasting tear-film layer for severe or persistent dry-eye symptoms. Packaged in a preservative-free multi-dose bottle it can be used for up to 180 days after first opening.

Ingredients

Sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dehydrated, purified water.

Common Uses

• Daily management of chronic or severe dry eye, including symptoms that persist despite regular artificial-tear use.


• Relief for eyes stressed by prolonged computer or smartphone use.


• Comfort support in low-humidity, air-conditioned or windy environments.


• Contact-lens-related dryness.

Directions

Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

Instil one or two drops per eye, one or more times daily as needed, or as advised by your eye care specialist.

For contact lens users, instil 2–3 drops on the lens before or after use. Drops may also be applied while lenses are worn, as needed.

Warnings

• In case of eye irritation, stop using the product and contact a healthcare professional.


• Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any product ingredients.


• Keep away from heat sources. Store in a dry place between 5°C and 30°C.


• Keep out of reach of children.


• Do not swallow.


• Do not use after the expiry date.


• Use within 180 days of first opening.


• Do not use if the bottle appears damaged.


• Do not let the tip of the bottle touch your eye or eyelid.


• Close the bottle firmly after each use.


• Administer at least 5 minutes before or after other topical eye products.

Indications

• Long-lasting relief of severe or persistent dry-eye symptoms, including pronounced dryness, burning, foreign-body sensation and ocular fatigue.


• Dry Eye symptoms after surgical procedures and after using anti inflammatory drugs in the eye.

• Suitable for contact-lens wearers — re-wets and lubricates lenses without removal.
